Description of Yalikavak-Gockebel-Bodrum Villa

Olive House is one of only 8 luxury properties on this private road situated between Yalikavak and Gundogan in a place called Gockebel. It is set at the end of the cul-de-sac and therefore benefits from no passing traffic.There is a light and spacious open plan dining and living room with a stone fireplace. To one side is a fully fitted, modern kitchen. The kitchen and living room both open onto a large terrace with views, covered with a pretty wooden pergola. There is also a large bathroom with a shower to the ground floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There are comfortable adjustable sun beds and a terrace dining set for 6 outside. There is plenty of garden around this detached house back and front so there is always somewhere to choose to sit, whether it be over looking the shared pool or under the shade of the 200 year old olive tree.

How to get there:Gockebel is a nice easy drive of 40 minutes from Bodrum airport. You can travel around the local and surrounding area with ease as there is a very frequent dolmus service. And of course there are always the local taxies that run through the day and night. If you prefer something a little livelier, the town of Bodrum is just 15 minutes away with its many trendy bars, clubs and let?s not forget the wonderful shopping.Only 40 minutes drive from Bodrum Airport.
