	Details
	The apartment has elevator, alarm system and independent generator. The flat is all furnished, equipped and beautifully decorated, cozy and comfortable. Every space used effectively. All rooms are big, with large windows, all windows look to the street and have a nice view. All windows have triple glass, so, it is very quiet and warm. Flat also facilitated with a P.C ( Pentium 4 CPU 2.4 Ghz, 512 MB Ram, Windows XP) and a FREE 256 Kbps ADSL internet connection. And all major channels are available on Cable T.V. CD, DVD, casette players and powerful Dolby 5.1 Surround speaker system complete the multimedia set.

	Location
	Apartment is located in a prestigious residential district called Atasehir. The area is gated with 24 hour private security and coded lock on the entrance door. Flat is just 10 km to seaside.

	Availability\Booking Notes
	30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented. Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card - Cash - Diners Club We must be notified of the cancellation at least 28 days prior to the arrival date. A cancellation fee of $50 shall apply. If, for any reason, a cancellation is made within the 28 days prior to arrival, the reservation will be cancelled but a cancellation fee of $75 shall apply. This fee will be waived if unit is re-booked for the full period of the original reservation. Contact the owner for available dates
