3. Balance payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.

7. Payments may be made by bank transfer. Guests must have travel insurance.
8. If required a studio-apartment at the downstairs of the villa, with a separate entrance from the garden, with two single bed and bathroom can be rented for an extra payment of GBP100, per week.
