The property is situated in a small development of 8 buildings consisting of 32 apartments. It is set in ladscaped gardens with a communal swimming pool and a hot tub. There is ample space for sunbathing.
It is an upper level apartment with a roof terrace from which one can get a glimpse of the sea. There are 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin. There is a bathroom with a shower, bath and toilet and another separate toilet with handbasin. The sitting room has a large balcony with table and chairs and there is an integral kitchen with cooker, cooker hood, dish washer, and large fridge/freezer. There is also a washing machine. The apartment is air conditioned if requuired.
