Presently booked from 3rd July'10 to 31st July'10 and from 15th to 26th August'10.
It is a fully fitted self-catering air conditioned detached three bedroom villa.
Only two minutes walk to Silver Beach leading to Paradise Beach and the Long Beach complex. Aqua Park nearby. Pets are not allowed on the site.
The resort hosts a communal and childrens swimming pool, tennis and basket ball courts, childrens playground and extensive grassed areas on site. Very suitable for a holiday with your family or very special friends. Level access and walking areas throughout. Should you have a car you can drive up to the villa and park beside it. Apart from some steps into the villa and using the downstairs sleeping arrangements its suitable for older and infirm visitors.

There is one twin bedroom with babys cot, one single bedroom with balcony and one bunk bedroom. Upstairs and downstairs bathroom toilets. The salon couches convert to double and single beds. Open plan salon and fully fitted kitchen area. Satellite TV/Radio and DVD player. Washing machine. All rooms are air-conditioned. Sliding doors from salon open onto lovely pergola covered terrace.

Silver Beach where the villa is located is in the central part of the beach complex extending due south from Kusadasi Marina port. The resort offers a secure and very relaxing pool and beach holiday whilst never being too far away from all the attractions.
How to get there:Ahmet and Betul Duyar are our English & Turkish speaking agents to assist visitors. Firstly, they can arrange to collect you and your party from the airport (most commonly Izmir at less than one hours drive) and take you directly to the villa. Should you have other means of arrival then our agents can contact you directly to arrange key collection from the resorts resident security.
Izmir Airport (Adnan Menderes)is 50 minutes drive away on three lane motorway. Bodrum Airport to the South is 90 minutes drive away.

Payment Terms: 25% deposit payable on booking. Remainder of booking fee payable on the 70th day prior to holiday start date.
Check in time: after 3pm Check out time: before 10am. Will try to be flexible.
Cancellation: Return of deposit if cancelled more than 70 days prior to holiday start date. Failure to pay remainder of booking will forfeit deposit. Cancel between 70 days and 28 days then loss of 50% of fee. Cancel under 28 days loss of full fee. Pets are not allowed in the resort. Smoking not allowed in the property but can smoke on the veranda.
