The villa has a spacious open plan lounge with a built in open fire place for winter. The kitchen situated just off the lounge gives direct access to a large veranda overlooking the pool and garden area.
The villa is fully furnished including oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, air conditioning and more.
We do have more than one villa available for renting. Villas are identical, only the furniture differs, ie. bedding, sofas, etc.
Turkey is one of the hot spots for 2009 - No Euro, only Turkish Lira. Discounts available if you book now.
We also include a free welcome basket of hot and cold drinks, cheese, bread, jam, eggs and butter; a weekly clean/change of bedding and a meet and greet visit to make sure everything is OK.
You can arrive or depart on any day of the week and at any time.

About Kemer, Fethiye, Turkey: The villa is situated in the stunning countryside of Kemer with a beautiful mountain backdrop. The small town of Kemer is only 10 minutes walk away and has shops, mini markets and local restaurants.
The nearest beach is Patara which is a fabulous sandy beach and 22km long. Takes 25 minutes drive by car.
The cosmopolitan harbour town of Fethiye is only a 25 minute bus ride from Kemer. The local bus service runs frequently throughout the summer.
Fethiye is a bustling traditional Turkish town. Stroll along the harbour, take a boat trip, shop abundantly or dine out from a large selection of restaurants.
The famous Oludeniz beach and blue lagoon are definately worth a visit and can be reached by catching a bus from Fethiye. Also catch a bus to Hisaronu and Calis Beach from Fethiye.
How to get there:Dalaman is the nearest airport and the transfer time from the airport to the villa is one hour.
If you need a transfer to and from the airport, we can arrange this for you and also car hire during your holiday. Just bring your driving licence if you want to hire a car.
Whilst it isn't essential to have a car in Kemer, it is recommended if you want to travel around the area independently and don't want to use the bus service.

Bookings are for minimum of one week, but dates can be flexible.
At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total holiday price (including any transfers and car hire) is payable. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before departure date.
A fully refundable security deposit of 100 GBP to cover breakages, etc., is payable on arrival in Turkey.
Payment is made by credit card or bank to bank transfer in sterling.
