| A detached Villa in a peaceful friendly complex on the outskirts of Akbuk. The villa is fully airconditioned and fitted with kitchen, fridge, cooker and hob with gas and electric, dishwasher and washing machine. The villa has 3 double bedrooms and two single bedroom the master bedroom has an en-suite and it boasts two large roof terraces. There are two large shared pools along with a shallow circular childrens pool, bar and cafe and a small shop for essentials. The complex provides airport pick ups and regular bus service to and from Akbuk and Altinkum for a small charge. |

The villa is set in a peaceful gated complex with two great pools. Our villa has a beautiful view of the hills from the master bedroom and one of the roof terraces. The other bedrooms look over the pool.

Ten minutes drive will take you to the lovely main town of Akbuk with its beautiful beach and beach front bars and restuarants. For a more lively place Altinkum, aproximately 20 minutes drive, offers you an array of nightlife and entertainment.
Other local activites include tennis, water sports, horse riding, water park and historical buildings.
