Do you arrange our bookings? No. turkeyrenting.com
functions as the matchmaker between owner and renter. The contact details of
each property owner are provided at the end of each ad. Do you charge a
commission? No. There is absolutely no charge to the renter. The owner of
each property pays a fixed yearly ad fee to us. How can I get more
information about a property? By contacting the owner of the property. The
contact details of each property owner are provided at the end of each ad. They
will be more than happy to assist you. I am going on holidays to
__________. Can you inform me when a property in this region comes on the rental
market? Certainly. Simply send us an e-mail via the contact form
mentioning the location and your specific needs. This is provided as a free
service to our renters.
Do you charge a commission? No. We charge a low fixed yearly ad fee.

Do you write the ad text
(copy)? No. We have never been in the accommodation so we cannot write the
copy! The copy is written by the owner in a simple, clear online form. There is
a space on the form for each aspect of the property, eg. "How many bedrooms are
in the apartment?". Of course we can help you with any questions you may have.
How long does it take to publish an advert? From the time you submit a
request to place an ad, to when the ad finally appears online typically takes
2-3 business days. Naturally if photos are submitted via postal mail rather than
e-mail there will be a delay before they can be seen with the ad. How can I
arrange for the ad to display for a further year? When you first place an
ad, you are given the option to extend it at a reduced fee. If this option is
selected, the ad will be automatically renewed for the specified number of
years. If you did not select this option, you will be invited to renew the ad
one month by e-mail before your ad period finishes. Why is there an
approval period before placing an ad? There is an approval period of one
day before placing an ad. This is to ensure that all ads placed are genuine, and
to maintain the website's standard of quality. It removes the burden on our
staff of dealing with misleading or false ads. All genuine ads will be accepted.
Are ads checked after publication? Yes, our staff check each ad after
publication. You will be informed of any errors, or we can correct them for you
if you wish. Under what conditions will an ad be edited? Generally we
leave the text and pictures of ads up to the owners' discretion. However the
following practices will not be tolerated and will result in the ad being
edited:
- Grossly erroneous or misleading ad copy or photographs.
- Spelling errors.
- Placing two properties in a single advertisement. Special discounted rates
are available for bulk ads and agents.
- Details written in incorrect spaces; these will be assigned to the correct
spaces by our staff.

How do I submit photos for my ad? If you own a digital camera or scanner, you can e-mail the photos
to us in digital form, for example as JPG files (standard
format). Alternatively you can send us developed prints by post. Photos scanned from magazines or
catalogues are not acceptable as the quality is not high enough for Internet viewing.
What is your privacy policy?
No information submitted by a property owner or renter will be shared, sold, reused in lists, or be used for any other purpose than to complete a transaction, send the requested rental enquiry or address a customer service concern.
What is your refunds policy?
TurkeyRenting.com reserves the right to refuse to accept any advertisement submitted. If the advertisement has been paid for on-line a full refund will be made, or if a cheque has been received by post this will be returned. Under no circumstances will any compensation be payable by TurkeyRenting.com for any loss howsoever incurred, including loss of income, the time/cost involved in submitting the advertisement etc.
If TurkeyRenting.com receives a complaint about a property, we reserve the right to remove that property from our web site without notice, if in our opinion the complaint is reasonably substantiated. A refund will normally be made pro-rata for the remaining unused period of the advertisement, however under no circumstances will any compensation be payable by TurkeyRenting.com for any loss howsoever incurred, including loss of income, re-advertising costs etc.
